The 18th meeting of the Society was held on January 6, 2012. The agenda of the meeting was as follows:
1. Society webpage (list of members and list of lectures presented between 2007 and 2011)
2. The financial report was presented by Pawel
3. Discussion on the possibility of organising a symposium by the Society in collaboration with the U of S. Maria Sklodowska-Curie was proposed as a potential topic
4. Membership dues. It was decided that the dues will be $50 per year. It was also decided that students and PDFs will be sponsored by Members.
5. It was agreed that organisers of the regular Society meetings will be responsible for refreshments. Pawel thanked Andrzej Olkowski for taking care of the seminar room for the Society meetings.
6. A list of 2012 lectures was prepared and it will be posted on the webpage. It was suggested that the Society should present a series of lectures open to the entire Polish community in Saskatoon.
7. Under other business, Marek Majewski suggested that the Society needs to be formally established and that therefore we need to elect a president. Wojtek Olszynski and Marek Majewski nominated Pawel Grochulski as a possible candidate. After a vote, Pawel was elected president of the Society.

The 17th meeting of the Society was held on Deceember 6, 2011. Jacek Szmigielski presented lecture entitled "„Stefan Banach i Lwowska Szkola Matematyki; historia Galicyjska”.

The 16th meeting of the Society was held on September 13, 2011. Professor Wojciech Pluskiewicz presented lecture entitled "O osteoporozie mężczyzn”.
The 15th meeting of the Society
took place at the Agriculture Building on June 16, 2011. Professor Jan E.
Zejda from Medical University of Silesia in Katowice, Poland, presented a
lecture entitled "Ambient air pollution and respiratory health. Evidence
from Upper Silesia, Poland. BUPAS and beyond: Belarus-Ukraine-Poland
Childhood Asthma Study".

The eleventh meeting of the Society took place at the Agriculture Building on October 5, 2010. The agenda of the meeting included Pawel's report from a meeting of the committee for the future of the Polish Institute of Arts and Sciences in Canada that took place in Montreal on September 25. It was followed by Pawel's presentation entitled "Structure-based Drug Design".

The tenth meeting of the Society took place at the Ellis Hall of the University of Saskatchewan on June 29, 2010. The Agenda of the meeting included acceptance of the budget of the Chopin Concert and a possibility of affiliation of the Society with the Polish Institute of Arts and Sciences in Canada. The budget was accepted and after intense discussion all members present at the meeting voted in favour of the affiliation. Pawel together with Marek and Wojtek will be responsible for contacting the Institute and to negotiate the details.
Discussion was followed by Robert Skomro's presentation entitled "Short story about sleeping and snoring (Krótka rozprawa o spaniu i chrapaniu). Presentation germinated a long and interesting discussion.

On March 17, 2010 the ninth meeting of the Society took place at the Agriculture Building.
Andrzej Olkowski and Krzysztof Wojnarowicz presented a talk entitled „Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE): Mad Cow or Mad Scientist Disease” .
